Obituary


Jeremy Daily, 24, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday November 26, 2016, at Ankeny Funeral Home (1510 W. First St. Ankeny, IA 50023), followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 p.m.

Jeremy was born April 16, 1992, in Des Moines, Iowa to Rick and Laura (Cumings) Daily. He graduated from Ankeny High School in 2010 and attended Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny. Jeremy loved hiking in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with his Mom and Dad and viewing the wildlife. He enjoyed watching WWE...

Jeremy was born April 16, 1992, in Des Moines, Iowa to Rick and Laura (Cumings) Daily. He graduated from Ankeny High School in 2010 and attended Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny. Jeremy loved hiking in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with his Mom and Dad and viewing the wildlife. He enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling, the Food Network and especially Family Feud. Jeremy liked to spend time playing Halo, Gears of War and Call of Duty along with many other games on his XBOX1. He will be missed by his two cats, Tiger and Puddie.

Jeremy worked at IHOP, Applebee's, Bandana's and Good Times Bar and Grill and loved hanging out with his "Wolfpack" friends at Grubbs Pub.

Jeremy is survived by his parents: Rick and Laura Daily; brothers, Tony, Mike and Jeff Smith; niece, Andrea Sommer; nephew, Ethan Daily and grandparents, Donna Daily and Dick and Betty Lamb, plus a multitude of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and friends.

Preceding him in death; His brother Michael Daily, and his Grandparents Jack Daily and Earnest Cumings.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Deming and Tami Singleton and support staff at Mercy Hospital for the medical care and support during Jeremy's illness.
